60 minute, all around flow. We'll move through 45 minutes of intentional movement such as sun salutations, twisting and hip openers and then set ourselves up in 2 or 3 supported postures that we will hold for 2-3 minutes each, followed by a 5-10 minute savasana.
For the most comfort, set up your space in a way that invites a sense of recharging, such as burning a candle and diming the lights. During class, we will utilise a pillow/bolster during class. Other items to encourage relaxation might be: a blanket, eye pillow, yoga blocks/books, candles or essential oils.
This is a pay what you can, donation based class. (Suggested donation $10-20.) When possible, please submit payment before class or within the same day. In the donation please specify the class(es) in which you’re paying for and the DATE OF CLASS.
