Join for movement, connection, space. We will do just that in this 60 minute yoga class. Expect time to center and breathe, as well as challenging postures building off the basics. We will work through fun transitions and balance, as well as core and stability work. Expect time to possible explore an arm balance. There is room to modify or intensify based on your level and needs.
This is a pay what you can, donation based class. (Suggested donation $15-20.) When possible, please submit payment before class or within the same day. In the donation please specify the class(es) in which you’re paying for and the DATE OF CLASS.
