Hi there! Please join me in real life (you read that right!) for a special pop-up class on Sunday June 9th. I will be teaching a heart-filled 60 minute flow at Coconut Yoga in Chicago. This class will be multi-leveled with varying options and modifications. This intentional vinyasa class will include space for curiosity, balance, breath and connection. I encourage connection and focus with reminders to come back to breath through the lens of curiosity versus judgment, as well as encouraging opportunities for you to groove and move on your own. We will warm the body and welcome in heart openers and space as we lean into the bright energy of the summer season.
